Wood and Clay Experience
Perfect for businesses or groups of any kind, our unique workshop venue offers participants the opportunity to unwind, relax, and explore clay ceramics on our state-of-the-art wheels and then be guided through an introduction to woodworking class by our expert instructors.

Who is this course for
This engaging full day experience is suitable for corporate groups, team-building, or even a hens party.
What to expect
9.30-10am: Arrival, introductions, and workshop tour. The group is divided into two halves.
10am-12pm: Half group does Ceramics class: Clay basics and throwing fundamentals. Students will produce one or two pieces on the wheel and select a custom glaze for their pieces.
10am-12pm: Half group does an Introduction to Woodworking class and makes a beautiful chopping board from recycled Australian hardwood to take home.
12pm-12.45pm: Lunch and refreshments. Delicious food and drinks from local suppliers are served in our spacious and light-filled workshop with seating for all.
1pm-3pm: The two groups swap activities.
3pm-3.30pm: Pack up, debrief, and finish. Participants can take their chopping boards home on the day.
CoCraft will glaze and fire the ceramics and deliver them to an office or desired location 14 days after the experience.
What do you wear to classes?
Please wear covered shoes (no thongs!) and some clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit dusty and dirty. If you have long hair, please tie it up for safety.
