What you will get

With guidance from an expert tutor, you’ll build your very own solid timber log stool using Australian native Cypress pine, a plantation-grown timber with medicinal and aromatic properties that Indigenous Australians have used for generations.

* 3 metres of 90x90 solid Cypress Pine.

* A beautiful finished stool (valued at $320) that can also be used as a side table or given as a gift.

We provide light snacks and water.

Who is this course for

Beginners or people with little or no woodworking knowledge or experience, but great if you have some. You will be placed straight onto the machines in this course, so it's not for the faint-hearted - it's noisy but fun! Of course, we also provide all ear and eye safety wear. Suitable for adults and/or children 13 years and above with adult supervision (adults supervising attend for free).

When does this course run?

Saturdays or Sundays or contact us for weekday bookings on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays.

What do you wear to classes?

Please wear covered shoes (no thongs!) and some clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit dusty and dirty. If you have long hair, please tie it up for safety.
